Workspace modules and resources
Optional product modules are toggled under Settings → Workspace → Modules (/workspace?tab=modules). Each row shows a module name, description, and category. Common names include Smart Flows (automate business processes) and WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta WABA accounts, templates, conversation builder, broadcasts, and analytics). Enabling a module exposes sidebar entries and permissions for that capability; disabling hides clutter for teams that did not purchase the feature. Resources (/workspace?tab=resources) holds shared tenant resource configuration—use it when your deployment playbook requires central asset or quota entries. Module changes are Owner-only; Managers may see greyed toggles. After enabling WhatsApp Business Platform, complete Meta connection under Integrations before expecting sidebar marketing tools. After enabling Smart Flows, confirm automation roles under Roles & Permissions so builders can access the canvas without full Admin rights.

Who can do this
Owner (module toggles are owner-managed in the product).
Before you begin
- Contract or order form listing purchased modules
- Training plan per enabled module
- Roles matrix updated so reps are not granted modules that stay disabled
What you'll accomplish
- Only purchased modules enabled
- Sidebar matches enabled modules after user refresh
- Resources entries saved for operational handoff
Step-by-step procedure
Modules
- Open Settings → Workspace → Modules.
- Scan the list—note Smart Flows, WhatsApp Business Platform, Social, Workforce, Jarvis, and others.
- Enable modules the client uses; leave unused modules off to reduce noise.
- Save changes.
- Ask users to hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R) so sidebar updates.
- Verify a permitted role sees new nav items (e.g. Smart Flows after enabling automation).
Resources
- Open Resources (
/workspace?tab=resources). - Add or update entries per your internal process.
- Save and document what each resource represents for support staff.
Post-enable checks
- Connect integrations only after WhatsApp Business Platform is on
- Configure Communications settings when messaging modules activate
Verify your work
- UI labels match product
- Primary action completes without error
- Data persists after refresh
Tips
Haves & Wants may only appear for specific workspace types—enable only when applicable.
