Billing settings
The Billing card on Settings is the finance control center for your workspace. Four links appear under the card heading: Credits Management, Subscriptions, Invoices, and Usage. Together they answer three daily questions: Is the plan active? Do we have credits left? What did we spend last month? Billing identity on invoices comes from Organization → Billing Details, where Billing Name and GST/HST Number must be complete before accounting teams trust downloaded PDFs. Paid channels—WhatsApp broadcasts, SMS, AI Employees, calling—consume credits; checking Credits Management before large sends prevents mid-campaign failures. Usage exposes AI token and voice trends so Admins can forecast renewals.
