Appointment types

Appointment Types define bookable meeting SKUs—name, duration, color, buffers, and hosts—for Calendar and public booking links. Open SettingsCalendarAppointment Types (/settings/calendar/appointment-types). The primary action button is Add Type. Each type gets a display name, slug, duration in minutes, optional description, and color swatch. Create types before building calendar links so prospects see correct lengths (15-minute intro vs 60-minute demo). Color coding helps reps distinguish internal calendar blocks at a glance—pick contrasting colors when offering many similar durations.
