Whitelabel branding

Whitelabel lives at SettingsWorkspaceWhitelabel (/user-profile-settings/whitelist-crm). The page title in navigation is Whitelist CRM. A master toggle labeled Enable Whitelist CRM turns branded mode on; Business Plan is required when enabling. Once active, upload logo and favicon, set company name and main domain, and optionally configure custom domain CNAME verification. Whitelabel changes how the CRM looks to your team and portal users—distinct from personal Light/Dark/System theme on the main Settings page. Complete Whitelabel before client demos so the header and browser tab show client assets.

Who can do this

Owner or Admin; Enable Whitelist CRM may require Business Plan.

Before you begin

  • Logo PNG or SVG (transparent background recommended, under 500KB)
  • Square favicon image
  • Company name and main domain for validation when enabled
  • DNS access if using custom domain CNAME

What you'll accomplish

  • Branded header logo in the application
  • Favicon in the browser tab
  • Optional custom domain verified when configured

Step-by-step procedure

  1. Open SettingsWorkspaceWhitelabel.
  2. Review Whitelist CRM requirements if on a lower plan.
  3. Configure company name and main domain fields.
  4. Upload Logo via drag-and-drop or file picker.
  5. Upload Favicon.
  6. Toggle Enable Whitelist CRM on when assets and domains are ready.
  7. If using custom domain, enter domain, copy CNAME instructions, publish DNS, and run verification.
  8. Save all changes.
  9. Hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R) and confirm top bar logo and tab icon.
  10. Compare with Appearance and theme—theme controls light/dark; Whitelabel controls brand assets.

Portal and custom domain (when enabled)

  1. Review portal signup options if Enable Whitelist CRM exposes invite-only registration.
  2. Publish CNAME at DNS host; run verification until status shows success.
  3. Open portal URL in incognito to confirm logo and favicon off-cache.

Verify your work

  • UI labels match product
  • Primary action completes without error
  • Data persists after refresh

Tips
