Who can do this

Managers, Admins, and reps with Book of Business or legacy performance visibility. Tab access varies by permission—some roles see My Goals but not Teams.

Before you begin

  • Deals and contacts populated with owners and stages
  • Performance goals configured for producers who track quotas
  • Date range or owner filters in mind before reviewing

What you'll accomplish

  • KPIs understood for the selected period
  • Clear drill-down path to Contacts, Deals, or Reports
  • Correct tab selected for the question you are answering

Step-by-step procedure

Open the performance hub

  1. Sidebar → CRMBook of Business (/performance).
  2. Tab navigation runs across the top of the hub. Primary tabs:
TabLabel in productPurpose
dashboardBook of BusinessLive book metrics, activity tracker, pipeline snapshot
goalsMy GoalsPersonal quota, action plan, pace vs target
dealsDealsPipeline board embedded in the hub with filters
teamsTeamsManager view of team rollup and comparisons
settingsSettingsRevenue Streams and Lifecycle Stages configuration

URLs use query params—for example /performance?tab=goals or /performance?tab=deals.

Book of Business tab (dashboard)

  1. Review daily progress cards, streak indicators, and checklist widgets when shown.
  2. Scan pipeline snippets and lifecycle funnel previews for stage bottlenecks.
  3. Change date presets or owner scope when the action bar exposes filters.
  4. Drill into an anomaly by opening linked Contacts or Deals modules.

My Goals tab

  1. Select My Goals to open the action plan view.
  2. Compare pace vs quota for the current week or month.
  3. Adjust effort using insights linking activity counts to outcomes.

Deals tab inside the hub

  1. Select Deals for a pipeline view without leaving performance context.
  2. Use the filter sidebar (same field categories as Contact Management where applicable) to narrow by owner or stage.
  3. Move deals across stages when you have edit permission.

Teams tab

  1. Managers select Teams to compare producers.
  2. Identify who needs coaching based on activity and conversion gaps.
  3. Pair with Team workload for task-level detail.

Settings tab

  1. Select Settings for Revenue Streams and Lifecycle Stages sections.
  2. Admins align stage definitions with funnel and deal reporting.
  3. Deep configuration also lives under /settings/performance for workspace-level planning.

Verify your work

  • Book of Business tab loads widgets without error for your role
  • Switching to My Goals, Deals, Teams, or Settings updates the URL tab= parameter
  • Sample deal or contact counts match spot checks from CRM modules
  • Filters change metrics logically when applied on the Deals tab

Tips

tip

Start weekly pipeline meetings on the Book of Business tab, then jump to Teams for coaching conversations.

Troubleshooting

| Empty charts | New workspace—add deals and log activity first | | Missing tab | Role lacks permission for that tab | | Wrong owner scope | Reset filters on the action bar | | Settings read-only | Admin-only sections—request access from Owner |
