Extended guidance

Stakeholder reviews should open Step 5 Campaign Summary screenshot—not live editor—to avoid mis-clicks. For recurring newsletters, duplicate prior campaign via edit flow, swap Smart List, re-verify Will Receive. Document A/B winners in a shared doc; apply learning to next month's subject lines.

Verify your work

  • Test send arrives (check spam once)
  • Analytics shows delivery after processing
  • Contact timeline shows email activity
  • Will Receive matched sends minus bounces

Tips

tip

Save as Draft after Step 3—protects template work if the browser closes.

tip

A/B test subject lines only first—single variable reveals winners faster.

important

Verify Email domain before first bulk send.

Troubleshooting

| From email rejected | Domain not verified | | Zero Will Receive | Empty Smart List; all duplicates excluded | | Send disabled | Missing required fields on earlier steps | | High bounce rate | List hygiene; invalid import emails | | Template blank | Re-select template in Step 3 |
